My meditation isn't about achieving something or being perfect. Rather, it's an invitation to simply be—to arrive completely in the here and now and feel what you need.
At first, loving guidance helps: a safe and harmonious space, a gentle voice, and gentle stimulation of the senses. But even with more experience, it can be powerful to allow yourself to be guided – without thinking.
Each meditation is unique. Sometimes gentle and calming, sometimes inspiring and clarifying – always tailored to the moment. Through conscious breathing, sounds, and scents, the senses are gently guided into relaxation. And then? Then it's time to feel, perceive, and enjoy. Time to connect with your heart and listen to the true needs of your inner voice. Consciously give yourself new strength and carry it with you into your everyday life.
