It's always fascinating when the world's largest seaworthy museum cargo ship, the CAP SAN DIEGO, sets sail and, after just a few meters, sets off on a long journey without the assistance of a tug. Nowhere else is there a larger seaworthy ship of this class from the era of general cargo carriers. Three excursions are offered to celebrate the PORT ANNIVERSARY. During the trip, the CAP SAN DIEGO can be visited at all stations and every maneuver in the engine - as well as on the bridge - can be experienced up close. The volunteer crew is available to answer any questions and is always ready for a nautical chat.
