Payment instructions

What methods of payment are available?

• Depending on the product, you can pay by direct debit, credit card, PayPal or SOFORT Überweisung.
• After conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 20 % of the tour price is due for payment against delivery of the security certificate. The balance is due 21 days before the start of the holiday.

What are the shipping costs?

• Depending on the product and the requested delivery method, the flat-rate service charge will be a maximum of € 6.90. The shipping costs are already included in the flat-rate service charge and apply to orders within Germany and for international shipping. The shipping costs are only charged once for each order.

In what languages can the booking process be completed?

• You can conclude the purchase agreement in German or English.
