Arrival in Hamburg by train
Hamburg's four long-distance train stations, the Central Train Station, Hamburg Dammtor, Hamburg-Altona and Hamburg-Harburg, all of which are integrated in Germany's ICE network, make Hamburg very easy to reach. The Hamburg Dammtor station is directly in front of the Congress Centrum Hamburg.
Direct connections to Hamburg are available from most of Germany's major cities. Those coming from smaller locations probably have to transfer, but have the guarantee of arriving in Hamburg with no traffic stress. During a train trip, you have time to relax or work.
