1. Ticket for a 1-hour harbour cruise with RAINER ABICHT Elbreederei
The highlight of your trip to Hamburg: a harbour cruise - all travel costs are already included in your upgrade
What? Some people say that if you've never been on a harbour cruise, you've never been to Hamburg. The fact is, you can only get that real harbour feeling on the water. Here you can let the wind blow around your nose and learn lots of interesting facts about Germany's largest seaport in addition to all kinds of sailor's yarns. Did you know that Hamburg harbour is almost as big as Copenhagen?
Where? At the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, bridge 1 (top)
When? 365 days a year, several times a day
How do you do it? Take your Maritime upgrade to bridge 1 (top). There, the Rainer Abicht Elbreederei staff will tell you which bridge the next ship departs from. Get on board and enjoy the journey. The shipping company's rules apply on board.
Good to know? The ticket can be used once during the entire period of validity of your Hamburg CARD. You are free to choose the time of your harbour tour.
2. Free admission to the museum ship "Rickmer Rickmers"
You shouldn't miss it: Discover the floating landmark in the harbour.
What? The cargo ship, built in 1896, has a lot to tell: Contemporary documents and restored crew and captain's cabins illustrate life on board. But there are also all sorts of curiosities, such as Hamburg's smallest karaoke bar, on this well-travelled ship. Where? Start at the Elbpromenade, near Stubbenhuk (Baumwall underground station)
When? The city rally can start at any time during the validity period of your Hamburg CARD.
How? Your booking confirmation contains further information on how to start the city rally on your device. You can choose from five popular city rallies. Please have your transaction number or booking number ready when you start.
Good to know: The city rally can be played during the entire period of validity of the Hamburg CARD, interruptions possible, total time approx. 2 to 3 hours. Ideal for groups of up to 5 people. You can choose from 5 different rallies.
Hamburg CARD + Maritime upgrade: How it works Period of validity and redemption:
- The Maritime upgrade can only be used in conjunction with the Hamburg CARD
- The period of validity of the included services and the price of the Maritime upgrade depend on the validity of your Hamburg CARD and the number of people you have selected for the Maritime upgrade
- You can redeem the services once during the specified duration
Book: You book an upgrade in the 2nd step after selecting your Hamburg CARD. Even with a group card, you can choose individually how many people you want to book the Maritime upgrade for.
Prices for the Maritime upgrade (all services included)*:
Adults (aged 15 and over): 1 to 5 days = €19.90
Children (6-14 years): 1 to 5 days = €11.90
*plus Hamburg CARD. You can also book the Maritime upgrade at a later date during the validity of your Hamburg CARD.
