The 2nd OPEN MOUTH Hamburg Food Festival promises a wealth of gastronomic experiences that celebrate the diversity and quality of local produce. Hamburg's stars - a culinary highlight
An absolute highlight of the festival is the "Hamburg's Stars" highlight. Ten renowned Hamburg star chefs, including Maurizio Oster (Zeik) and Thomas Imbusch (100/200), conjure up a sustainable menu together. This exclusive event at the foodlab in Hafencity offers you the opportunity to enjoy exceptional culinary creations and experience the city's top chefs up close. The "Kitchen Party" motto promises a relaxed atmosphere in which the best chefs can exchange ideas and share their passion for good food. You can look forward to a unique interplay of culinary art, creativity and sustainability - an evening you shouldn't miss and won't soon forget!

SUSTAINABILITY IN EVERY ASPECT Good Action and Sustainable Sipping
Good Action" brings together numerous Hamburg restaurants that offer special menus, drinks or events that fulfil sustainability criteria. Prominent participants such as Julia Bode (Witwenball Küche & Wein) and Axel Ohm (ÜberQuell Brauerei) are already on board. At the same time, Hamburg's bar scene is presenting sustainable drinks made from local products as part of "Sustainable Sipping". You can taste and rate these creative cocktails over several weeks, with the best drink being awarded a prize on the last day of the festival on 16 September 2024. You will learn how regional ingredients are processed into innovative and sustainable drinks - an educational and enjoyable experience.
