Here, plant pioneers are at the stove: With Kurkuma, Germany's first purely vegan cooking school opened in 2015. The wide range of courses on offer takes you through the cooking pots of the world and there are also a number of special seminars focusing on wine, cakes and chocolates or health-promoting nutrition. A modern interpretation of down-to-earth simplicity: With its refined Hanseatic cuisine, the Vlet has long since established itself in the Hamburg restaurant scene. Since 2015, hobby cooks have been able to prepare what is served in the Speicherstadt and on the Alster under professional guidance.
