The christmas market in HafenCity, which can be found in the street Überseeboulevard, impresses with its proximity to the Elbe, the harbour and the historic UNESCO Speicherstadt. During the advent season, Überseeboulevard is transformed into a very special Christmas world with beautiful decorations and a Christmas lounge. The Fleetinsel (fleet island) is an idyllic spot in the middle of Hamburg's city centre, surrounded by canals. The Christmas market " White Magic on the Jungfernstieg" is a must during a Christmas visit to Hamburg! It is easy to reach as it is located directly in the city centre, which makes it easy to combine with a shopping trip. The stands are wrapped in a winter white and the special thing about it is that you have a perfect view of the decorated Alster pine tree in the middle of the lake.

The Bergedorf Christmas market is a real insider's tip, and here it is above all cosy. Between Bergedorf harbour and Bergedorf castle you can discover a Scandinavian-inspired market. The small stands sell mainly handmade gifts and regional delicacies. With a mulled wine in hand, you can admire the view of the canal and Hamburg's only castle.

The classic among the Hamburg beach clubs transforms from a palm paradise into an absolute winter wonderland. Here, until March, you can leisurely stroll through the illuminated winter forest with a bratwurst in hand and enjoy homemade mulled wine or delicious fondue. Right on the beach, by the Elbe! So, cozy up in blankets from Wednesday to Sunday and enjoy the winter beach with tasty hot drinks.
